The fabric in question is the Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga, an elastic fabric with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, which gives it a very soft touch. Its weight is 180 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150 cm. The printed design is a complex landscape with trees, trunks, moss, and bark, with a predominant multicolor. This design can be interpreted as a natural representation of life and its cycles. The plain colors recommended to combine with the design could be dark green, beige, and navy blue. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we highlight its elastic and granular texture, which makes it an ideal option for fashion garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear in general. In addition, the design printed on the fabric adds an element of nature and complexity to garments made with this fabric.
As for the care that should be taken for this fabric, bleaching and washing at temperatures above 40ºC should be avoided. It is advisable to iron at a cool temperature and avoid the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used for the creation of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which the ink fuses with the fibers of the fabric to create a durable and high-quality image. Thanks to this printing technology, the design printed on the fabric will not fade or wear out easily over time.
