The base fabric is Broadcloth, named Glasgow, with a composition of 93% POLYESTER, 5% VISCOSE, and 2% ELASTANE, a weight of 380 gr/m2, a width of 150 cm, and specific care instructions for its proper conservation. The printed design is geometric and Indian floral, with a vectorial pattern and a smooth texture. The main colors are iron gray, night black, and cotton white. This design can be combined with plain colors such as dark red, military green, dark green, and mustard.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing. Its general characteristics include its soft touch and texture. This Broadcloth Glasgow is suitable for multiple applications and uses, such as for making womens and mens coats, jackets, blazers, and bombers, dining room coasters, kitchen towels, and for altars. Additionally, its ideal season is winter and autumn/winter 2021.
Specific care instructions for this fabric must be taken into account for its proper conservation, such as no bleaching, machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, warm ironing, do not tumble dry, and no dry cleaning.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of transferring a design from a special paper with sublimated ink onto the fabric, using heat and pressure. This ensures high print quality, vibrant colors, and durability in the final finish.
