Description

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design features a smooth-textured geometric and Indian floral vector pattern style, with iron gray, night black, and cotton white as predominant colors. This design could be combined with plain tones of gray, black, white, and navy blue. The fabric is digitally printed on one side. As for general characteristics, its elastic and soft texture, chlorine-resistant finish, and very high UV protection 50+ stand out.

The fabric is suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses, including womens/mens/childrens sportswear, lingerie such as bodysuits and bras/bralettes, knitwear, tops, scrunchies, fashion, and sports bikinis and swimsuits. Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry clean except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying.

This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology on polyester, which allows for high quality in design reproduction and greater durability compared to other printing methods. Sublimation involves transferring sublimation ink to a transfer paper, which is then placed in contact with the fabric and subjected to heat and pressure to permanently fix the ink in the fabric fibers.
