The base fabric to be used is the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, a type of knit fabric composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. With a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, giving it a pleasant and comfortable texture. This fabric is printed with a simply complex, bright-style, and other frozen details design, in a multicolored blend that perfectly combines with solid tones such as black, white, and gray. The printed design is available only on one side of the fabric via digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of this fabric are its softness to the touch, its elasticity, and pleasant texture. Furthermore, the simply complex and bright-style printed design with ice details is striking and modern, perfect for making various garments and accessories, such as tops, sweaters, dresses, scarves, blankets, and more. This fabric is ideal for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.
The applications and uses of this fabric are broad and versatile, such as making lingerie, pajamas, knitwear for women and men, accessories like socks, scarves, and foulards, as well as for home decoration, such as blankets and napkins for the living room and bedroom.
It is important to note the recommended washing care for this fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and never using a tumble dryer. It is also recommended to iron at a low temperature and it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the printed design from transfer paper to the fabric using heat and pressure exerted by a heat press. This technique allows for high print quality, great washing resistance, and a wide range of colors for the design.
