Glasgow cloth is a fabric composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric stands out for its soft feel and is printed using sublimation technology with a standard complexity design that combines geometric elements, street art, vintage style, and a colorful array of multi-tonal hues, including graffiti details. This design is presented on one side of the fabric, printed using digital textile printing.
As for general characteristics, we can highlight its use for making outerwear for both men and women, blazers, jackets, and coats. Additionally, it is suitable for home decor applications such as coasters and kitchen towels, as well as altar cloths. Furthermore, Glasgow fabric is ideal for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 seasons.Regarding care, it is important to note that it should not be bleached or dry cleaned, the maximum washing temperature should be 40ºC, and it should be ironed at a warm temperature. In addition, a tumble dryer cannot be used. Finally, Glasgow fabric is printed using sublimation technology, which allows the design to fully penetrate the fabric. This provides greater durability and resistance to wear or friction of the design.
