Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 with a composition of 90% POLYESTER and 10% ELASTANE. The printed design is very simple in complexity with wave and line shapes, inspired by the nature of water and the sea, in multicolor and decorative style. This design can be combined with plain tones such as white, black, blue, pink, and green. It is important to highlight that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing.

The fabric is elastic and soft to the touch, with a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection of 50+. The design is elegant and fresh, ideal for sportswear, lingerie, knitwear, tops, swimsuits, and bikinis. In addition, its sublimation printing technology on polyester guarantees great durability and color quality.

It is important to consider the following care instructions for the fabric: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, iron at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried. This ensures greater durability and resistance of the fabric.

The sublimation printing technology on polyester consists of printing the design on transfer paper with special inks and then applying heat and pressure to the fabric, so that the inks sublimate directly into the fabric fibers. This achieves a smooth surface resistant to washing and rubbing, in addition to preserving the elasticity, softness, and breathability of the base fabric.
