The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is an elastic fabric of 270gr/m2 with a width of 150cm that presents a delicate and vibrant combination of multicolor colors in a simple print but full of surprising shapes such as bricks and squares. The simplicity of the design contrasts with the intensity of the vibrant colors, reflecting a perfect color palette to create swimwear, lingerie, sports leggings and tights or leotards. Additionally, they can be combined with other plain colors such as pastel shades of pink, blue or light green, as well as neutral shades of white, black or gray to counteract the intensity of the print.
The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi has a soft and elastic texture that makes it very comfortable to the touch and at the same time resistant to chlorine and UV rays. Its composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane gives it the ability to adjust perfectly to the body and maintain its shape for a long period of time. As for the attributes of the design, the simplicity of the print as well as the intensity of the vibrant colors that compose it stand out. These colors are subtly and elegantly combined with the brick and square shapes in different shades, resulting in a clean and harmonious pattern.
Among the applications and uses of the Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi are lingerie, swimwear and sportswear, being perfect for making bikinis, swimsuits, tights, leggings, among others. Its versatility means that it can be used for garments for women, men or children. As for care, it should be noted that it should not be bleached, ironed at high temperatures, or tumble dried. It is important to mention that dry cleaning is possible except with the use of trichloroethylene, as this can damage the fabric.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of the Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is sublimation, which allows the pattern to be printed on the fabric on one side by digital textile printing. This means that the image is not transferred through the fabric but is physically integrated with the fibers of the fabric, which makes it resistant to washing and prolonged use. In summary, the Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is a perfect option for those garments that require elasticity, softness, protection against chlorine and UV rays, as well as a vibrant, attractive and durable print.
