Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The Lycra Polyester Fabric - Cairo is an elastic lycra composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane with a weight of 220g/m2, ideal for making sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear. Its printed design features a marine and tropical style with wave shapes that evoke the nature of crystal clear ocean water. The design is primarily composed of multicolored hues that, when combined with solid fabrics in blue and white tones, can generate a more refined or more casual style. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high definition and sharpness in colors and shapes.

This fabric has general characteristics of a soft and elastic texture, with a chlorine-resistant finish and a high UV protection factor of 50+. In addition, thanks to its polyester and elastane composition, it offers excellent resistance and durability in everyday use. Among the most common applications and uses are sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear, for men, women, and children, as well as fashion accessories like scrunchies.

Regarding care, it is advisable not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding the use of a tumble dryer. Dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing at a cool temperature is recommended.

Finally, it is worth noting that the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process by which colors and designs printed on special paper are transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring excellent quality and durability of the design.
