The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a houndstooth pattern in main colors of corn yellow and cotton white with a touch of corn yellow. This design is a perfect match for winter decoration, fashion, and accessory projects. Additionally, it pairs well with solid colors ranging from neutral shades of gray and beige to more vibrant tones of yellow and mustard.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric features the design. The general characteristics of the fabric include a soft touch texture and an attractive visual sheen. The printed design appears sharp and precise, without unwanted smudges or discolorations.
Recommended applications and uses for this fabric include decoration projects such as upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as outdoor and indoor cushions. In fashion, this fabric is ideal for trousers, jackets, bags, and backpacks, among other accessories.
To ensure long-lasting durability and preservation of the fabric, it is recommended to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. Dry cleaning is permitted with the exception of trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which employs heat and pressure processes to transfer ink in gaseous phase to the fabric, creating a durable and high-definition print.
