Raso - Amsterdam fabric is a 100% polyester satin fabric with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is abstract with stains, featuring complex intricacy and a decorative, illustrative style. Its main multicolor hues stand out with vibrant tones and visible paint in its texture. This design would perfectly complement plain fabrics in fuchsia, turquoise, or red tones to highlight the vibrant color palette of the abstract design.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, meaning only one side features the high-quality, sharp printed pattern. The base fabric has a shiny visual texture and a smooth, thin feel. Furthermore, the general characteristics of the printed design include the complexity of the drawing, sophisticated decoration, and the visible paint in its texture.
Among the fabrics attributes, its multiple applications and uses are notable. It can be used for making shirts, blouses, kimonos, jumpsuits, skirts, pajamas, dresses, pants, lingerie, and even accessories like scarves. This type of fabric is timeless, so it can be used any time of the year, but especially in autumn/winter 2021.
Regarding care, it is important to note that this fabric should not be bleached and should be cleaned at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It should be ironed at a warm temperature and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. It is also important to mention that this fabric allows dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used is polyester sublimation. In this process, designs are printed with special inks that turn into gas when heated. These inks are transferred to the polyester fabric in a heat press, creating a high-quality print with great sharpness and durability.
