The base fabric is a Velvety Corduroy called Dublin, composed mainly of polyester, polyamide, and elastane, with a grammage of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features attributes such as abstract stains, complexity in its decorative and illustrative style, and a combination of vibrant and colorful hues. This design can be combined with plain fabrics in neutral tones that highlight its print. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabric has a soft texture and a shiny visual appearance that stands out thanks to its print. The design, on the other hand, boasts an attractive complexity, with a mix of shapes and colors that create an abstract and dynamic effect. Generally, the fabric features high quality in its composition, allowing its use in a wide variety of applications and purposes. Furthermore, its print is resistant to the passage of time and retains its color after multiple washes.
Dublin fabric is mainly used in decoration and upholstery applications, for chairs, armchairs, and sofas to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at home. It is also perfect for use in fashion, especially for creating trousers, jackets, blazers, and short coats. Additionally, it is used in the creation of accessories such as handbags and backpacks, where its print provides an original and elegant touch. Regarding color combinations, it can be mixed with neutral tones like grays and whites, which will allow the print to stand out more strongly.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius and without using bleach. Dry cleaning is not recommended, although dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a low temperature, but it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which ensures the fixation of the print on the fabric. This is a high-quality technique that allows for great image sharpness and a wide variety of shades and colors.
