Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed fabric - Chanel is a tweed fabric made of 100% polyester. It has a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features attributes such as abstract, watercolor, specks, paint, Kandinsky, and artistic, with predominant shapes of circles and dots. The main colors of the design are Night Black (58.27%) and Iron Grey (14.2%).
This fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, meaning the pattern only appears on one side of the fabric. On the reverse, the fabric is plain and without a design.
The fabric exhibits general characteristics such as a rigid texture and a soft touch. Its printed design adds complexity and originality to the fabric, inspired by abstract painting and watercolor. Furthermore, the use of colors like Night Black and Iron Grey provides elegance and sophistication.
This fabric can be combined with solid colors such as white, beige, pale pink, or navy blue to create contrasts or highlight the printed design.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is ideal for both womens and mens fashion, such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, and shorts. It can also be used in the creation of accessories like bow ties and caps. In the home textile sector, it can be used for cushions in living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. Additionally, this fabric is suitable for making sports vests for women, men, and children.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high definition and durability of the print. Through this process, a perfect adhesion of the design to the polyester fibers is achieved, guaranteeing the quality and resistance of the print.
