The Tromso Water Repellent Antibacterial Fabric is an innovative textile option that combines functionality and style with a 60s-inspired printed design, characterized by its colorful pattern featuring hearts and a message of love. This fabric, with its vibrant multicolor palette, evokes feelings of joy and freedom, bringing any decorative or fashion project to life. The predominant tones in the design can be perfectly combined with solid colors such as navy blue, dark gray, soft yellow, or white, creating an attractive and balanced contrast for any environment or garment.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures vibrant and durable image quality on the visible side, while the back has a more neutral finish. This method allows for greater precision and detail in the patterns, making each piece unique and high quality.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric stands out for its water-repellent finish, which provides impermeability, and its antibacterial treatment, which ensures additional protection against microorganisms. Its rough texture is not only visually interesting but also adds functional value by facilitating the handling and durability of the fabric in various applications, whether for home textiles or fashion. This fabric, with a grammage of 160 gr/m² and a composition of 100% polyester, is ideal for both indoor and outdoor projects, making its versatility one of its main attractions.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, numerous options range from decoration and furnishing of outdoor spaces with sun loungers and cushions, to fashion with garments such as jackets, coats, and accessories such as backpacks and purses. In the home, its use in tablecloths, shower curtains, bed protectors, and more stands out, adapting to various decorative styles and functional needs. This wide range of applications highlights the practicality of the fabric, making it a popular choice for those seeking both aesthetics and resistance in their products.
Regarding the care needed for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, set a maximum washing temperature of 60ºC, and in case of dry cleaning, avoid trichloroethylene. It is important to iron at a warm temperature and not to tumble dry, to preserve the integrity of its characteristics, such as the water-repellent and antibacterial treatment.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows inks to be transferred through heat, converting them into gas and allowing them to adhere to the polyester fibers. This technique ensures that the colors are vibrant and that the design is durable, as the inks are integrated into the fabric instead of being just a surface layer, which promotes longevity and washing of the garment without degrading the quality of the print.
