Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas made of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It is a sustainable and GRS certified fabric, meaning it is made from recycled PET. The printed design on this fabric features circular shapes combined with polka dots in multicolor. This design is very cheerful and youthful, perfect for decoration and fashion projects seeking a modern and casual touch. Additionally, this fabric can perfectly combine with solid colors such as white, navy blue, and pink.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing, meaning the design is only present on one side of the fabric. The general characteristics of the fabric are its rough and rigid texture to the touch, along with its visual opacity. Its use is very versatile, being suitable for decoration projects such as frames, cushions, baskets, upholstery, and even home textiles like aprons, placemats, and table runners.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, we should avoid bleaching it and washing it at temperatures exceeding 30ºC. Likewise, it is recommended to iron it at a cool temperature and dry it at reduced temperatures if a dryer is used.
Finally, we will mention the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric: sublimation. Sublimation is a transfer printing technique where the design is printed on special paper using special sublimation inks. Then, the design is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, creating a high-quality and durable print.
