The Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon is a type of versatile, resistant fabric that offers multiple uses in the textile industry. Its composition, mainly polyester (97%) and elastane (3%), gives it a rough, elastic, and soft texture. With a grammage of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is presented in its natural color, but it can also be printed with designs provided by the client thanks to specific sublimation technology for polyester.
The applications and uses of the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon are very varied, covering both the manufacture of clothing and decorative items and accessories. In terms of fashion, it is perfect for trousers, skirts, jeans, shorts, Bermuda shorts, and dresses, for both men and women. Its elasticity and medium grammage make it ideal for workwear and outerwear such as trench coats. In the field of home textiles, it is used to make kitchen towels, cushions, napkins, and even decorative elements such as hoops, pictures, and outdoor cushions. Its timeless season allows its use throughout the year.
It is important to consider the necessary care to maintain the quality and durability of the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon. These cares include not using bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. Following these recommendations will help maintain the good condition of the fabric over time.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, specific for polyester. Sublimation is a process in which special inks are applied to the fabric, and then subjected to high temperatures so that the inks turn into gas and penetrate the fibers of the fabric. This results in a durable and wash-resistant print, maintaining vibrant and sharp colors on the fabric. This technique is ideal for customizing the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon with designs provided by the client, obtaining professional and high-quality results.
