The Sport Recycled Polyester - Basic is a high-quality fabric with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, giving it elastic and lightweight properties. With a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, this fabric is perfect for use in sportswear, for men, women, and children. In addition, it is available in natural color as well as a wide range of prints, as it can be customized with designs provided by the client.
In terms of sustainability, the Sport Recycled Polyester - Basic is specially designed to reduce environmental impact, as it is made from recycled materials. It also holds GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certification, an international recognition that attests to its commitment to environmental protection and the promotion of sustainable practices in its production.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very varied, covering sportswear such as pants, shirts, shorts, and even swimsuits. The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, especially suitable for polyester. Sublimation is a transfer printing process, whereby ink turns into gas when subjected to high temperatures and penetrates the fabric fibers. En esta ocasión tuve que modificar el archivo porque se detectó un corte en el diseño de la impresión. Se pusieron en contacto inmediatamente para consultar si era un problema real y aproveché para cambiar el tono azul que tenía de fondo el diseño dentro de los parámetros CMYK que me indicaron justo a tiempo antes de la impresión. De nuevo estoy súper satisfecho de mi encargo y del resultado. Me llegó en tan sólo dos días desde que cambié el archivo!
